| What we do | Blessed Assurance Tabernacle is a registered non-profit organization located at 23 Cassava Street Carapichaima, founded in October 2005 our mission as a Pentecostal Church is based on the teachings of Jesus Christ. Our ministry is motivated by the love of God and as a result we provide service to the community such as Preaching, Teaching, Bible Studies and Counseling. Also, we assist needy families throughout the county of Caroni. We currently have sixty three members. Out of a great need in Carapichaima due to numerous request food hampers, toiletries, bedding and children’s clothing. Our outreach programme has grown and we have depended on the kindness of our members of the congregation. Due to our economic downturn our contributions and donations have declined tremendously. Blessed Assurance Tabernacle has been actively involved in our community for the past ten years. We have conducted several activities as Sports and Family Day, Cookouts and Children’s Christmas Treats. • Currently one day for the week we provide at least seven homeless people by supplying them with a meal, bath and a change of clothing. • Once a year we identify three underprivileged children from needy homes, providing them with full uniforms, footwear, stationary supplies for their schooling. • During the months of July /August 2017 this figure was increased by 100% whereby upon request we supplied three additional children with school supplies. |
