What we do | Take Off is a 100% service user led organisation supporting those with Mental Health problems through activity and talking groups. All groups are run by service users with lived experience of mental health problems and use this to help others maintain good health and wellbeing. We endeavour to offer a range of opportunities for people to learn new skills, rekindle old ones, gain confidence and much more. Our links with other organisations including the Community Mental Health Teams, housing support, homelessness and others ensures we are able to refer individuals for professional support too. |
