| What we do | The Haven offers short term mental health support for anybody aged 16+ in Preston, Chorley and South Ribble. Our services aims to provide individuals with a toolkit of coping skills to help them get through a mental health or social crisis. |

We are looking to create some self care boxes for individuals who are joining our groups to remind them that they are worthy of love and being able to care for themselves.
