| What we do | Revolutionary Roots is an innovative Youth and Community work group based across Great Yarmouth Borough of Norfolk. We are a body of 12 members with community and Youth Work backgrounds. We deliver a range of Youth Work including detached, outreach, and peripatetic work as well as venue based support and residential. Revolutionary Roots is a non-profit organisation that aims to make generic youth work accessible for local young people. We aim to support young people who would not had access to a qualified youth worker otherwise. We aim to fill gaps left by statutory services and agencies on identified work needed locally, as well as aiming to improve individuals EWB we also work closely with other agencies like the police and children services to try to lessen the strain on their already overstretched services . We also hold family and community events and support other local organisations in our community. |
