| What we do | We are a hostel for men with complex needs and experience of homelessness. When men are referred into our service, they are often not having their basic needs met. Our team support them to build the skills and self-esteem to live independently. This involves supporting residents to: -receive and maintain their benefits entitlements -register with health services (including mental health and drug and alcohol services) and receive treatment -build community through recreational activities, education and training, volunteering and work -develop strategies to manage relationships, emotions and finances As many of our residents find it difficult to remember to wash and/or prioritise spending on toiletries we need support to meet these needs. Any donations neighbours can offer will be gratefully received. |
