What we do | Coventry Cyrenians are a homelessness charity based in Coventry. We provide temporary accommodation solutions, plus support for our residents to assist them in overcoming difficulties such as poor mental health, addiction, financial difficulties and access to services such as healthcare, social work, benefits support and pathways into training, education and employment. Our aim is to be 'more than just a roof', doing everything we can to support our residents into finding more permanent accommodation solutions, and gaining a new chance at succeeding in life. |
What we accept |
People frequeently come to us with nothing but the clothes they are standing up in. Where possible - depending on donations - we aim to provide new residents with essential items such as basic toiletries (soap, deodorant, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc)
We also host a Christmas Day meal event each year which we use as an opportunity to help people through the difficult winter months, and this includes provision of a variety of toiletry products.
