| What we do | We are a service as a part of Shelter called Housing First. We house the most vulnerable and entrenched homeless with multiple complex needs working alongside multiple agencies to direct them to the support they require so that long term tenancies can be sustainable for the clients we work with. These clients are on a very low income and therefore struggle to ascertain basic toiletries and in some cases more specialist toiletries such as incontinence underwear that provides the user with dignity rather than the undignified alternatives that the NHS provide. |
| What we accept |
All of the items will be used to make packs for the clients that we work with as well as the department that deals with Community Outreach and Rough Sleepers, especially as it is becoming ever colder and it would be nice to be delivering this over the winter.
