|How to donate||We support people living with Fibromyalgia across Scotland who can at times be housebound due to flares, and are isolated, bereft from losing their careers/jobs, breakdown in relationships due to the daily pain and symptoms taking their toll and a reduction in mental health as a result. We build food and toy hampers at Christmas for those who are living in poverty as a result, and compassion hampers for those struggling to even care about themselves and closing off from others, just to let them know their is someone who cares and there is hope to move through bad times and work on their self management journey. Toiletries are things many see not as an essential over food and heating, and this can have further impact on their health and wellbeing. We would be delighted for any support that could be given. We work across all of Scotland. There are approximately 200-300,000 with the syndrome in Scotland. FFU Scotland are a non profit social enterprise organisation SC563212|
