|What we do||The Service DePaul UK’s Haringey service is an intensive service providing 24-hour support, for service users with multiple and complex needs. Service users are adults age ranged between 18-60 years of age. The project itself consists of 21 bedspaces within 9 flats. Residents will receive an ensuite bathroom and communal living room and kitchen they share with 1-2 flatmates. The tenancy is grounded on a licence agreement with each service user and length of stay is for 2 years. Our focus is to utilise the length of stay to deliver sustainable holistic support. Each service user will work personally with their Progression Coach who will provide tailored support for this individuals direct goals and needs; taking a person – centrered and trauma informed approach as we focus on the strengths, capacities and experiences of clients. Progression Coaches will signpost clients to statutory and non-statutory services to provide specialist support across employment and education, money management, health and well-being etc.|
