AS AN ORGANISATION WITH A TOILETRIES AMNESTY ACCOUNT (REFERRED TO AS ‘YOU’ AND ‘YOUR’), YOU WARRANT THAT:
- Information listed within and uploaded to your directory listing and account will be updated as and when relevant to reflect changes including but not limited to the organisation name, type, address, contact details, and other information required within a directory listing.
- You agree not to sell, raffle, auction or financially benefit in any way from any donations received through Toiletries Amnesty and its donors.
- You agree not to give any donations received through Toiletries Amnesty and its donors as gifts outside your organisation or use as incentives or prizes in any way.
- You agree not to use the Toiletries Amnesty logo, identity or branding without prior written agreement from Toiletries Amnesty.
- You agree to share any publicity, press releases or statements including Toiletries Amnesty with Toiletries Amnesty before dissemination.
- After receipt of a corporate donation administrated by Toiletries Amnesty, You agree to provide feedback on the donation and information on how it has been used by Your organisation.
- It is up to You to decide if a donation is right for you and users of your organisation and agree that all donations, whether new or in a partially-used condition, are accepted and distributed in good faith on an ‘as is’ basis
AS A DONOR OF PRODUCTS THROUGH TOILETRIES AMNESTY (HERE REFERRED TO AS ‘YOU’ AND ‘YOUR’), YOU WARRANT THAT:
- You will only donate products that to the best of your knowledge are in good useable condition and are fit for use.
- You agree not to use the Toiletries Amnesty logo, identity or branding without prior written agreement from Toiletries Amnesty.
- You agree to share any publicity, press releases or statements including Toiletries Amnesty with Toiletries Amnesty before dissemination.
- Where a product can’t be used by the organisations we support (due to quantity, demand or suitability etc.) rather than dispose of it, we may use the products to fundraise. Any income from this will go straight back into providing support to organisations through Toiletries Amnesty.
